Only a few days to go now !! How many "catters" are going ?? I know Patti & Ned are,and some of the Welsh contingent, and Monsieur Rouge no doubt ; we will be there for all four days and staying on our boat at Upton Marina ; river trips POSSIBLE if you're nice !! I will be turning out for "Happenstance Border" (Winchcombe) on Sunday, but the other days are free for "sessions" etc !

Can't say I have ever heard of Poppy Folk Club in Nottingham ( not a town I have been to since 1968 -ish whilst engaged to an Ilkeston girl !!) ; but I look forward to seeing you all !!!

Well now, OldNic , I look forward to meeting you or some of you . I'll be arriving this afternoon with Tradsinger, who is a folklorist (with Romany interests) and is a noted (he can play several !) melodeon player ; we shall be wandering about this evening looking for unsuspecting musicians to join in with, which may, sadly ,entail visiting several pubs .
