I have received this.

"I have recently taken over as Manager at a Chef & Brewer Pub called The Grange in Boreham village, Chelmsford, Essex. CM3 3HJ.
I am looking to host a Folk Club or other such club in the pub as I feel it would be an ideal location/venue. If anyone is interested in setting up/transferring venue to a cosy country pub I would like to talk.
