Just to let you all know ;

             This year's Folk Festival at The Plough, Long Wittenham,,near Didcot , Berks ., is two weeks earlier than usual , and will take place over Friday, Saturday,and Sunday 13th,14th and 15th of June . I'll be there ,and so will Terry ( "Leadfingers" ) maybe ??? A LOVELY weekend , not to be missed ; ALL that a pub-based mini festival should be, in a fabulous Thames-side setting !!! Moorings, plenty of camping , loads of sessions , great for families; what more do you want ??

It was a good festival last year. I'll be there on Sunday.

Good for you John !! Sadly ,it looks as though this year might be the last, as Lucy Quinn tells me that they are running out of people to run the event . But ; we shall see !! Jody Wyatt should be there ,anyway !! (and Paul Hutchinson !!).
