I have no very strong opinions about this since (a) I thought he'd been dead for 20 or 30 years and (b) the charges seem somewhat less than monstrous as reported, but anyway...

This must be Francis lll. I knew Francis l, ll and lll from the sixties in the Troubadour London and my wife, Alison Chapman McLean has photographs of those times. Francis lll came to my house once in London with Roger Rushton who was courting his sister Kathleen. He was a thin faced youth but in today's photographs he looks like his father who died in 1986 or thereabouts. Maybe that's who you are thinking of, Jack.
