Right click start Menu Choose Properties Click Start Menu Tab Choose Customise Scroll down list to Run Command button and select if unselected. Click Apply/OK Run Command should now appear in the menu window when you click on the Start Menu Button Cheers, Andrez |
Subject: RE: Tech: In Wndows 7, how access command window? From: Joe Offer Date: 14 Jun 14 - 11:35 PM Oh, gee....Windows 7. I think you can push the "Start" button, click on the box at the bottom of the list, and just type "command." Can't tell for sure until I get to work. I don't have any Windows 7 computers here. All I remember is that it's really, really easy... -Joe- |

Subject: Tech: In Wndows 7, how access command window? From: GUEST,GUEST, Uncle_DaveO Date: 14 Jun 14 - 10:02 PM I had (for malware/virus reasons) to have my Windows 7 reinstalled in my Dell Inspiron 560. In the process I lost my Command Interface icon, which has been an essential tool for me in how I use the computer ever since I first had previous versions of Windows. In the process of reestablishing the Windows 7 OS, I lost the little Command Interface window icon, and I've forgotten how one finds that file. Can someone point me to it? Please? I really need to be able to get to the DOS-like interface, so that I can create a Shortcut to the Command Interface. Dave Oesterreich |
