Are these previously known recordings which may have circulated unifficially amongst an elite circle of fans & collectors ?

Might these recordings ever be given official CD releases ?

Thanks for the link to the Guardian article, Guest - very interesting. Looks like it's only postponed. I hope Beverley Martyn will win the battle (I was sorry to learn she needed the money!) and that the sale can go ahead in the autumn. A saga to watch...
