Huh - just found the CD "Smoke and Dust" of re-issued LPs - it has the track. Now ordered on eBay. The LPs themselves are fetching silly prices. My searches might have been more productive if I'd searched for "3 City 4" rather than "Three City Four" - doh!!

BTW I still think that iTunes is crap. 400MB of bloat about to be un-installed. Can't think how they make money - too many restrictions on paying for downloads - and almost impossible from the UK. No wonder folks use torrent sites.

Bit Torrent has over 50 available. ( to asage the remorse of your guilt conscience....drop some extra change in the "Salvation Army Kettle" this coming Christmas.

Unfortunately, "Chilling Effects" has no removal requests....(too new) OR (too obscure).

So - before I was rudely interrupted by Mudcat.org posting my incomplete message - I then tried to link the account to my PayPal account and it refused that too. It said that funds in US must be available for such a link.

So does anyone have a UK iTunes account and can get this track for me please. I am happy to send him/her a payment - or make a charitable donation the next time someone holds out a collecting bucket.

I really don't want to go to a torrent site - this is unfair for all concerned. But the aggressive refusals by Apple iTunes NOT to allow me to download this track - which is only 3 minutes long FGS - does not justify the time wasted in my life trying to do things properly.

Jeeze - I've wasted FOUR hours of my life trying to purchase ONE track from iTunes. It is listed on UK iTunes Store as "The History Lesson" by the "Three City Four."

Firstly I tried to set up an Appleid account with my [e-mail] email address. It accepted that. Butg then when I tried to order and pay for the track the system said that the address was not available for purchasing from the UK.

I've had this address from the beginning of Yahoo emails. It ALWAYS works even for eBay and PayPal.

Unfortunately this track is not available from the US iTunes Store.

So I then created another Appleid using another Yahoo address [e-mail] Again I searched the UK Store and there was the track. Huh - I got as far as the payment screen. BUT THE BLOODY SYSTEM WOULDN'T TAKE A UK DEBIT CARD.
