It is with great sadness that I have to report the passing of my dear friend, Dave Bradshaw, from Dinnington, on 10 October 2014. Dave was well known on the folk scene, especially during the 1980's and 1990's, with his self-penned parodies of well known folk songs and other material in his own unique style - songs such as Soggy Lou, Gladys McPhee and the DIY Blues. His funeral will be at St. Leonard's Church, Dinnington on Tuesday 21 October at 2.45 pm. He will be sadly missed. Pam Thompson

Hi Pam. So sorry to hear the news. I knew Dave quite well back in the day, as we all did. I'll raise a glass to him and see if I can remember DIY Blues at a club later in the week.
