There is ether an error or it indicates that the major venue changes talked of in the last year or so won't be be happening in 2015 - if ever. |

These things take time and planners don't give up. Do we know if it is still a current application? Sidmouth do very nicely out of the festival so there is a significant financial aspect in the planning committee deliberations. |
