Swan Arcade sometimes sang 'Caged Lions' but they never recorded it. It was written by Jim Boyes (of Swan Arcade and later Coope Boyes & Simpson) and recorded on his solo album "Out the Blue", on the No Masters label. If No Masters don't have any copies left, "Out the Blue" is also available on Amazon.

I remember a song and I think it was by Swan Arcade but I can't find it on their website or on youtube. It was about caged lions as allegory for working men?!

We are not bound we are not free..
and all the wealth we help you find just helps to make us more confined..

but can't find a copy to buy or on the internet...can anyone help me!?
