Subject: RE: i've finally worked out my guitar sound! From: GUEST,loujudson Date: 21 Feb 15 - 07:57 PM I am a live sound guy (not a musician player) and have been working at my craft and art for over 45 years. About once a week I think I'm finally getting it right. I tell performers, patrons and bystanders that I have learned more about live sound in the last five years than ever before. When you finally get good enough to play at the Freight, give me a call, I might be ready to do your sound. :-) I wonder how the kids with only five years professional experience can blow my mind repeatedly. Must have been reincarnated, or had reborn guitars. As a minor joke, once or many times since the 1970s I thought I had heard enough guitars to last several lifetimes, but damn, folx still play them! |
