I found the lyrics here and I reformatted them to suit myself. Also, I listened to the recording to verify the lyrics as much as possible, but I am still uncertain about "golden" in line 1. Many other people have recorded songs called "You Make It Easy" and I listened to parts of several of them, but they are not the same song. Sorry, I can't help with chords.

Hello,

I'd like to say this is my first post on this great website, and I admire how much information is on here, it actually blows my mind that there is no information on Mark Fry on Mudcat really.

Mark Fry is a recent musical discovery to me and this song definitely is my favorite so far.
I think this track was a unreleased bonus track from his most famous record "Dreaming with Alice".

Has anyone written out the lyrics or even the lyrics and chords? As musician that has a brain that is a fretboard (I play guitar), it's a very simple song in terms of chords.

Any help or information is much obliged! Thank you.
