Subject: RE: Appalachian step dancing - and knees From: Janie Date: 26 Apr 15 - 01:44 AM Well, any time dance becomes somewhat professional in nature, and choreographed, it is going to become more athletic and probably cause some wear and tear on the body that otherwise would not happen. This "preview" includes some natural step/flat dancing (plus a little taste of John and Dave Morris in their younger years:>) that is much more representative of how we common folks flat foot or step dance, and not nearly so hard on the body - which historically was already wearing down from working hard clay fields on sides of mountains and coal mines. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kV60741TJ5g |

Subject: RE: Appalachian step dancing - and knees From: GUEST,.gargoyle Date: 25 Apr 15 - 08:35 PM Sit without a chair against a wall...lower, middle and back at 90 degrees. (like a chair) It will be painful...and then "burn" ... repeat twice a day ... the time until "the burn" will increase, continue until two minutes bites. Sincerely, Gargoyle Our body wants to be in "homeostasis" (no you perverted Gnu...not like Ms. Jenner). Balanced within the core, think of pelvic pull ( no you pervert Gnu ...Not That) very much a better-Twitter. |
