I hadn't heard of others, who else has done it?

Do we have the steps for that tune? I assume the long notes go along with big leaps?

I understood that the dance Kemp did was a drifting soft-shoe dance rather than a Morris dance.

Shouldn't the two threads on this be merged?

The London Morris clubs did a relay back in 1974 (?) and there was another relay organised by the Morris Ring (it may have included the other Morris organisations) for the Millenium I think. There has been at least one other solo attempt.
