Subject: Tunes by Altan - Other Names ? From: Phil Date: 29 Nov 99 - 08:06 PM I've been trying to find the music to a set of reels played by Altan, on the CD cover they are listed as Paddy's Trip To Scotland, Dinkies, and The Shetland Fiddler. None of the books I have contain these tunes and I was wondering if they are also known by other names. If anyone can help me with finding the music or alternative names I will be grateful. Phil |

Subject: RE: Tunes by Altan - Other Names ? From: radriano Date: 30 Nov 99 - 11:28 AM Dear Phil: I have music to all those tunes. Can you deal with ABC notation? Alternatively I can just mail them to you or, if you don't care about such things, I can convert the music image to a bit map. It doesn't look quite as nice but is readable. Give me your e-mail address and I'll take care of it. You can reach me at - radriano@consrv.ca.gov Regards, radriano |
