Can anyone please tell me... the author and/or performer of the modern folk song "Alberta Moon". I want to perform it and I can't remember who's song it is. The chorus starts: "Play me a song of a prairie night, sing me a meadow lark's tune."

OK, I looked a little harder, and found several references to Alberta Moon by Jennifer Berezan. info here and here, but no lyrics, though.
