Is the title "By the Hand of God" or "By the Hands of God"? Who's the songwriter?

My bad, the title is "By the Hands of God." Story's version seems to be the farthest back I can fins (but I haven't searched a whole lot yet, because I've been mostly looking for the songwriter). So, as best as I can tell the writer is credited as ? Mac McCourty ?. Here's an image of it, and if you want you can try and make it out better.

Actually, I found out through a couple Google searches that it was written by Mac McCarty, credited here, Disc 3 track 30.
