If all goes well, I am planning to go to Bristol for a short break (2 nights)either end or July or Beginning August staying overnight on the Thursday and Friday, travelling back on the Saturday. Can anyone let me know if there are any folk clubs, singarounds or sessions on either or both of these two evenings, maybe at the sametime taking an opportunity to renew aquaintances from my Shanty Crew days.

click here - Bristol - 20 Km radius but do ring ahead if traveling any distance. Things change overnight. And hover below the map and click "how soon" for predictions nearer the date. Click on the predictions (or county) to see a MultiMap of the location.

If you could stay for Saturday night there's the Saltcellar club at Totterdown. They have a website.

Saltcellar club July 4th singers night, no club in August. on my list as 1st Saturday.
