We are running a full weekend of workshops and lectures in association with English Folk Dance and Song Society, focusing on The Full English archive. Fay Hield will lead the The Soundpost Full English Weekend, in exploring the ground-breaking and most comprehensive free searchable database of British folk customs in the world.

Martin Carthy, Jon Boden and members of the Folk Award winning Full English Band, archivists and academics will also be involved in demonstrating how the archive can be used by performers and educators alike.

The weekend will take place in and around Dungworth, North Sheffield, on the weekend of 23-25 October.
