According to this link, the cd includes a booklet with lyrics. I suppose that's not to hand?

There's definitely a song entitled "The Resolution" from that CD, but most current online references don't seem to break it out that way.

You can confirm that the song does exist here

It's probably at some point in the 53-minute unsplit song titled "Eye of the Wind", towards the end based on its location in the track listing.
