Perhaps you could put some information on this thread for those who can't/don't want to get the information from facebook?

Do you mean clog dancing? What variety?

Thanks for that Les, I've just been playing along :)
Are the classes to be taught by the lovely Liz Calderbank again?

If I was closer I'd come along.

Not Liz this time - she is busy with her baby and life I believe. We have a friend who lives in Chorlton and has quite a bit of experience in clogs

Ok Folks it looks like we have more than a bit of interest. We are currently looking for a venue and are thinking Saturday morning in or near Chorlton. I know this won't suit everybody so let us know what you think.

Ok, first cloggin session 10 - noon Saturday 12th September, The Pavilion, Alexandra Park, Whalley Range, Manchester.

Here's a map

And here we are on facebook

I know this is a global website - but cloggin is also a bit global isn't it?

I know this is a global website

Whilst that might be brilliantly perceptive of you, nobody appears interested.

Please desist.

Well, maybe all the people who might be interested were at Whitby and missed the first announcement.
It says 'in Manchester'. No-one is forced to open the thread if they are elsewhere on the globe.

I think my Daughter in Law may have been interested but, as a librarian, works most Saturdays :-( Not a complaint, honest! I know you can't please everyone. Let us know if there are other sessions going on.

Cheers

Dave

Hi Les,
I've added a mention of your clog dancing session to the international, global website(!) which advertises folk events within 15 miles of the centre of the universe, the mystical pyramid of Stockport. Hope you get a good turn out.
Ian
