Subject: Dancing the sun down on Samhain|
Date: 05 Nov 15 - 06:16 AM
Having danced the sun up at a ridiculously early hour on May 1st, New Moon Morris decided that it ought to be danced down again on the other side of the year. Accordingly, we went out to the same place in the late afternoon of Nov. 1st, and somewhat to the amusement of passers-by, proceeded to dance until the sun had set and it was starting to get chilly.
It later occurred to me that maybe, at the very same time, there were sides in the land of Down Under getting ready to dance the sun up. Any Oz 'catters out there who'd know?
