You may, or may not be aware that Orpington Friday Folk has folded due to lack of interest. However, some of it's members wanted Folk to feature on an occasional basis at the club. To this end, a monthly Open Mic (seems all the rage now), with a paid local performer has started up. The next one is on December 18th (we avoided the Wassail weekend), and features Tony and Lesley Petty aka Capella. A £4.00 door fee goes towards paying them.
