Subject: Ukes for UNICEF 5, Berkhamsted UK From: Hamish Date: 23 Dec 15 - 10:30 AM On Saturday 27th February it's the fifth annual Ukes for UNICEF ukulele festival in Berkhamsted, Herts, UK. We're carrying on with the tried and trusted formula for the day's events - mass-strumalongs, featured acts, workshops, teas/coffees/snacks, bar - but adding an evening concert with the wonderful Phil Doleman and Elof Wamberg all the way from Denmark. Entry for the day is by donation (we suggest a fiver is pretty good value) with specific payments for the workshops. Tickets are now on sale for the evening concert. We're only half an hour from Euston. All details are on the festival website. |
