If you watch the video it is fairly balanced. The simple message (and it can be more complex if you look closer) is that having good relationships, family, lovers, collaborators etc make for a good life. The side effects are the prospect of more years and healthier years at that. Averages of course, if fate calls, fate intervenes. But loading the dice in your favour involves "good" relationships. |
