As for song name, I don't recognize the very first thing they play (as it's only 12 seconds long) but the next one was Cripple Creek.

I don't think it's Cold Frosty Morning, I play that and I also play the opening tune that you refer to which I think is called Paddy on the Turnpike. However knowing very well that tunes and titles can be interchangeable in old time music one man's Cold Frosty Morning could be another's Paddy on the Turnpike.

Sheila Kaye Adams could clarify it as I believe it is her playing in the programme.
