Murray, thank you.

Right click on the "download Button" and then left click on "open in new tab" You will see a button on the bottom of the screen showing that the MP3 file has been downloaded. Open that and it will play.

You are right, Guest; I do have a good memory. But, not as good as my ex wife's; she clearly remembered things that never happened.

Thanks to keberoxu's post I found the above. It's the song you want, Kendall. (You have one hell of a memory for an old fart.) Look to the right side of the page. The song plays with a click of the mouse.

Have you tried using Shazam? It's an app that can identify songs if they've been logged in to their system, and I've had it work even over the heavy static of an AM station.

Unfortunately, I still can't find anything on it.

I got it from a pirated tape, or maybe from the Record Lady.

...he rode away in the heat of the summer, returning he said in the fall; she waited for him.... tracking shadows along the wall...

when he finally shows up, he tossed a rose to her and called he "My Corizone" but alas, he was caught riding another mans pinto horse with the saddle bags full of gold.. they hanged him...:-(.
Sylvia sounds familiar .

I can't find anything on Google yet. Perhaps someone else can help you out!

Do you have anymore lyrics or things? If you got it off the radio you could call the station that played it and see if they know.

What about Sylvia Tyson, of Ian and Sylvia? No, I can't say I know this song; but Sylvia Tyson is one of four singers in the women's Canadian group Quartette, and I think they have recorded a "Street of the Mariachi" song. Good luck!

I hope someone can tell me more about this song. Who wrote it, who recorded it and is there more from the same writer.

"He would waltz her done the street of the Mariachi past men who sang for pesos and played guitars in the shadows; he would waltz her down the street of the Mariachi he's find a favored trio and buy his love a Seranata". spell check doesn't speak Spanish either.

Anyone know anything about this haunter?
