I don't find any reference for Ronnie Gilbert singing ERES ALTA Y DELGADA. Please let us know what record label, catalog number, title
if you find it.

However, CYNTHIA GOODING recorded it on her 10" ELEKTRA album:

Elektra EKLP 6 (Mono)
This was reissued on the 12" LP ELEKTRA EKL 128 Cynthia Gooding sings Spanish, Mexican and Turkish folk songs

I note there are about 10 mentions of Germaine Montero (1909-2000) in various Mudcat threads. I've been listening to a CD "Folk Songs of Soain"
issued by OMEGA/VANGUARD CLASSICS. Melodies are recognizable
as the tunes to a few of the Republican Spanish Civil War songs.
Haunting performance!

Her many recordings were released in the US mostly on VANGUARD
a few of 10-inch LP's and many 12 LPs. There was one
10" album on ANGEL.
Her recordings were made in France, for CHANT DU MONDE, PATHE, VEGA, BAM and other labels.
Wish I had heard her years ago.
Anyone else find her work worth attention ???
