Up on Youtube I have just found "The Good Old Way" a 1983 BBC2 programme about the British Folk Revival. It is in four parts and here is a link to part one.The other parts should just follow on from it.

The four clips have, alas, been butchered in the editing - they make much better viewing (and listening!) if spliced to make one long film...

Is the "splicing" something that can be done to the YouTube episodes? I just clicked one section to follow on from the preceding one.I never saw the programme when it was broadcast but was pleased to watch what Youtube was offering.They all seem so young.
