I might need more detail, re what is meant by "time". I am sure I could help. If not in cell formulae then in a macro. Be sure to include Weasel-Excel in the subject and I will spot it. PS if you look at some of my lists, even dances, they are produced (yes the HTML) in Excel with cells and macros. I recently needed to find the duration of mp3s and found VBA code that allowed me to construct lists for StroudVoices.co.uk with duration and pointing to the tracks. I rarely fail when asking on techie forums. There is always someone who knows something you don't! |

Formatting it as "time" converts it all to actual times rather than length of time and ordinary format seems to treat it as base ten rather than seconds and minutes. Cheers, Weasel |
