Hi all

Just moved down to Brighton and looking out for trad/ folk opportunities. There seem to be loads of singers' nights which I'll be taking advantage of (best recommendations, anyone?) but it would be great to find some pub tunes sessions too - Google's not giving me much joy in that respect. Do any of you know some good ones?

It may have been perusing The Snail's list that encouraged Mr. Fly to go to last night's excellent session at the John Harvey Tavern in Lewes. It was good to see him again; I hadn't seen him since.... ooh, it must have been the previous night when we were both at the aforementioned Tom & Ben Paley appearance at the Lord Nelson in Brighton.... a truly wonderful evening.
