Subject: RE: Australian NFSA records by the pallet From: Andrez Date: 15 Sep 16 - 10:42 PM I'm not convinced they have any idea of what they are chucking out. A couple of years ago I found two reels of 16mm film in a friends workshop out in the hills. They were marked State Library of Tasmania and contained historical footage from the 1960's of Australian Indigenous People living on the East and West coasts of Australia. Sadly I haven't been able to find a 16mm projector to use to view and digitise the films before finding appropriate Traditional Owners. That said though who would be wanting to buy Vinyl by the pallet load? Cheers, Andrez |
