Seems like the massive purge by Google has caused these uploads to be wiped.

All uploads have been removed from YouTube. Seems like there has been a purge on YT of a significant number of uploads of folk music and song. What’s going on?

Sorry, can't find anything to help other than your post from 2014, which adds that it was written by Ken Campbell

The Pennine Folk appeared on numerous Beeb folk programmes such as Country Meets Folk, Folk on Friday, etc.

https://genome.ch.bbc.co.uk/search/0/20?q=pennine+folk#search

On one of these they sang the Ballad of Gypsey Moth IV about Sir Francis Chichester's circumnavigation of the world.

The chorus went:
    Hey ho, roll an go,
In the months of rain and snow,
How many times can a man defy,
The raging seas and the rolling sky?

As a tall ship sailor who has survived many storms - mainly in or around the North Sea (Christian Radich), Bay of Biscay (Christian Radich), St. Kilda (Sir Winston Churchill), and the English Channel (HM Bark Endeavour)!! - I can well imagine this scenario.
