I am a great fan of Richard Gilewitz. He is touring in Arkansas and Wisconsin soon, and I plan to be at the concert in Springdale.

I saw Richard perform a number of times back in the '80s and early '90s. He lived nearby and still had a day job, so he played a lot of local gigs. A great Fahey/Kottke style guitarist and an engaging humorist. He once described a rather famous local bar as "A place where you want to be sure to wipe your feet... as you're leaving."
