Mose created his version of the old blues tune "My Babe". The last line is not clear. Could someone help me out?

Each verse ends with "My brain, cool little _______?, My brain."

Cool little what?

I just listened to this song on Spotify, from his album, "The Way of the World, and I have a few other corrections:

First 2 verses are in reverse order from the way you gave them. "Tickin'" comes before "workin'."

In verse 2, the first 2 lines say "steady workin'" while the third line has "always workin'."

Thanks Jim. I'll accept all of your corrections. We lost so many wonderful musicians this year that I realized that although I'm a huge fan, I had no Mose songs in my repertoire.

'My Babe', of course, being a 'version' of the old gospel song, 'This Train'.
