rustling the trees, on Farley mount I wonder why, what troubles you and I, blue is the sky and so are your eyes, oh left alone on Farley Mount. Does anyone know where I can find this please? |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: On Farley Mount From: Noreen Date: 05 Feb 17 - 10:31 PM It is believed to date back to at least the 16th century ? No reference or evidence cited for this wild claim. Those lyrics sound to be recently composed, at least not earlier than the late 20th century, so I would take all else written there with a large heap of salt. |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: On Farley Mount From: Joe Offer Date: 05 Feb 17 - 11:58 PM I looked in the Roud Index and in a general Google search. I can't find anything other copies of than what is entered in Wikipedia. Anyone? -Joe- |
