I coulda sworn I had a thread I refreshed every 5 years for when I got to my college reunion up there, but I couldn't find it, sorry.

So this year NONE of the people I usually reune with are going to be there, so I'm going to depend more than usual on my Mudcat community!

Who's going to be around, weekend of May 17-20th? I think I actually get in on Wednesday.

Since I'm looking for Mudcat people and places and music, this counts as above-the-line as I understand these things.

The Press Room

The 20th (Saturday) will be our sea music (and occasionally other folkish types) session.
The 19th (Friday) evening is the Friday session for songs and tunes.

We're just off I95, an hour + north of Boston, and Portsmouth is a cool place to walk around in. Linn Schulz/Bat Goddess runs both of them (or occasionally tries to herd cats :) Let us know if you're coming - we're your home away from home!

Bat goddess! That would be wonderful! Thanks, Jeri!

Sorry I'm not in your neck of the woods, Mrrzy --
I'm in Berkshire County,
where the nearest big city is either
Hartford, CT or Albany, NY.
Seems like a long ways from Boston in several respects.

I hope you made it to Portsmouth NH which sounds like a celebration.

And I hope you steer well clear of Gillette Stadium
and Taylor Swift's three-night stand there --
it has all the makings of a traffic nightmare!
(Not to mention that rain is in the forecast)
