We used to be out with the morris all day at sweeps and do a 3 hour barn dance or pub gig with full PA in the evening. How did we do that? All credit to those that still do.

Great day yesterday on the Bolney Hill Stage and in The Man of Kent with lots of people joining in and singing along. More today on the sailing barge Kitty where we will do some sea songs and shanties as well as May songs and some from the new album Dark Days or Fine

Hi Terry

There is GI-organised singaround at the GI tonight (Friday) that is not in the programme.

The programme also shows singarounds in the GI Sat and Sun afternoons and evenings, and also Monday afternoon. I assume Growler or the Shirt-Murderer will be chairing.

I plan to be in all of them. Royston (my tenor) will be in on Saturday and Ade (the A as in "cat" and the e as in "hey") my G/F should be in at least Sat and Sun.

Parts of Larkspur are likely to be in, maybe also Carrington-Barrington and Tony Fiddler. And also expect Norman and his mandem.

I imagine that the playaround sessions will be on the go outside in the beer tent at the GI as well at least until the neighbours complain about the bagpipes.

The usual music/ sing around inside and out. I'm having my regular dose of chemicals on Friday - bad timing on my behalf - but I hope to make it some of the time. Leadfingers - hope to join you in a song or two if you are down.

Morrigan will be singing May songs and songs from our new album Dark Days or Fine on Sunday 30th at Bolney Hill Stage at midday and then in The Man of Kent from 2-4pm. On Monday 1st May will will be found on the sailing barge Kitty at midday
