None of these phrases form titles in Kilgarriff, the standard Music Hall identifier book. I'm afraid with 10s of 1,000s of songs to go at without more info what you require is unlikely to turn up unless it still exists in somebody's head.

A friend and I are looking for information (or even just the title) of a song that we think might be from the music hall.
The chorus repeats the line "with a baby on my knee." It also has a line about a "pleasant little wife" and is generally about the pleasures of family life.
Any help is appreciated.
