Does anyone know of a song called Bend In His Knees? I believe the tune was well known long before the 55 bob gibson got to know the song I do not know what this tune was first called, and tried to find the name of this and learn the tune but if any one knows it please post here! Many thanks.

Are you certain it isn't bending his knee? More logical than a bend in a knee.

Any relation to the Viking thing where "taking an arrow to the knee" means getting married?

Hello, Guest. Here's a link to the song you are talking about, done in the talk/sing style by Bob Gibson.

bend in his knees

I suppose most "talk/sing" songs will sound alike, because they all sound like speech. This one reminds me of a song I have somewhere about do-it-yourself home improvement, but I don't think the tunes are quite the same.

Thanks! Love Bob Gibson. We had his records when I was growing up.
