I was reminded of a song that had to do with I will run, i will walk I will crawl ...and when I can no longer do any of those I will sing. Anyone know what this is from??

Oh my... I've heard it somewhere maybe more than once, but not recently and I really cannot recall details. Actually I'm pretty sure I saw a Fb meme of that sequence, but it was more than a year ago and I've no idea if there was any proper credit given for the source. This is going to drive me nuts until someone finds the answer, just sayin' LOL!

This is probably not what you're looking for, but at https://genius.com/Bts-not-today-lyrics I found the song, Not Today, by BTS, and it has one stanza that goes,

If you can't fly, then run
Today we will survive
If you can't run, then walk
Today we will survive
If you can't walk, then crawl
Even if you have to crawl, gear up
Aim your gun! Ready! Fire!

I also found something on page 310 of The Papers of Martin Luther King, Jr., that might come from the Langston Hughes poem, Mother to Son:

If you can't fly, run; if you can't run, walk; if you can't walk, crawl, but by all means, keep moving!
