Sadly I could not attend. I was busy being the Folk Police In the Car Park or something similar. How did it go?

Spoke to Dave and Anne on the Sunday and they said it was well attended and they will post a register - they like us are at Whitby at the moment and may have to wait til they've got internet.

I was there and it was, indeed, quite well attended. A very nice time with some excellent songs. Dave and Anne did a good job leading in Hillary's absence (Anne even created a replacement "cat"!).

I was planning to attend, I'd even bought chocolate, but I couldn't get away from musicianing for Bollin Morris - the festival organisers really demanded their pound of flesh from the morris sides at Moira.

The cocolate? Well, it would have been such a shame to waste it....

;-)

I was really sorry to have missed the Moira Mudgather, as it has always been a highlight of any festival weekend. I can almost taste the chocolate!!

Sad to say, I don't think I will ever be able to get to another Mudgather, due to an ongoing serious health issue ... so I shall have to rely on fond memories of the good times.
Good luck to all who sail in her.
