Great new Dublin traditional music venue. "The Pipers Corner" 105/106 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1. Top class sessions ever night from 9 pm.

The regular Goilin singing session is on Friday night around 9 p.m. in "The Teachers Club", Parnell Square, just at the north end of O'Connell St. Other than that, the Cobblestone pub, about a mile upriver from O'Connell Bridge, is your best bet for general music sessions, any night.

Incidentally... if you have a serious interest in Irish traditional music and song, a visit to the Irish Traditional Music Archive in Merrion Square is well worthwhile. Open weekdays and occasional evenings.

Warning about The Cobblestone - great music, can get extremely crowded
The monthly recitals in the back room one a month by Na Píobairí Uilleann are a joy, but they are for listeners who don't want to talk while the music in happening
You should be able to find a programme on NPU website
