Subject: searching for this Pete Seeger song
From: GUEST,LynnT

I went to a birthday party for an old (and older) friend last week where someone sang a Pete Seeger song I hadn't heard before, and that I want to learn. The chorus went:

Then all of life is like a tune
It sounds so sweet but ends too soon
You'd better rosin up your bow
Before it's time to go.

I tried a digitrad search here and a Google search outside Mudcat, and both failed. Anyone recognize this song?

Many thanks!

Lynn T

By the way, I am using Firefox on my Mom's Win10 machine out in San Diego. Is that why the digitrad search failed?

According to this link it's called "The Good in Living" by Steven Sellors: /mudcat.org/@displaysong.cfm?SongID=9678
Fixed. There was an extra "/mudcat.org/" in the link address. -Mod

This link did not work for me, but a Google search on "The Good in Living" by Steven Sellors brought up both lyrics and performances -- many thanks for the fast response!
