Subject: Lyr Req: Down in Dixie where they say you-all GJ

I'm looking for lyrics of "Down in Dixie where they say you-all" (as sung by Grandpa Jones).
I've tried to write them down while listening to the song, but there are still some verses I can't make out (english is not my first language).
Here's my attempt:

there's a broken down old shack
restin' by a railroad track
down in Dixie where they say you-all
and I'll soon be goin' back
to that broken down old shack
down in Dixie where they say you-all
ma and pa will still be waitin'
just to say hello once more
and I know I'll soon be datin'
with the girl that lives next door
and there'll be some celebratin'
when the ??????
down in Dixie where they say you-all

when old grandpa pulls his bow
cross him fiddle strings by joke (???)
down in Dixie where they say you-all
folks would come from miles around
just to join that big ball town (???)
down in Dixie where they say you-all
swingin' ??? will holler
as she cuts a step or two
while my pappy takes a swoller (???)
of that gool ol' mountain dew
you can bet your bottom dollar
we'll be happy one an' all
down in Dixie where they say you-all

oh you ain't eat nothin' yet
if you never yet have it
down in Dixie where they say you-all
oh the cooks know how to cook
and they don't need no cook book
down in Dixie where they say you-all
you can talk about your eatin'
but I'll tell you now by gum (???)
when you smell the ??? I'm eatin'
in the town where I come from
you'll just kill yourself a eatin'
if your appetite ain't small
down in Dixie where they say you-all

Thanks in advance!

DOWN IN DIXIE (WHERE THEY SAY "YOU ALL")
Written by Tommy Coley & Happy Wilson
As recorded by Grandpa Jones, 1952.

There's a broken-down old shack
Restin' by a railroad track
Down in Dixie where they say you-all;
And I'll soon be goin' back
To that broken down old shack
Down in Dixie where they say you-all.
Ma and Pa will still be waitin'
Just to say hello once more,
And I know I'll soon be datin'
With the girl that lives next door,
And there'll be some celebratin'
When we get hitched up this fall
Down in Dixie where they say you-all.

When old grandpa pulls his bow
'Cross them fiddle strings, by Joe,
Down in Dixie where they say you-all,
Folks will come from miles around
Just to join that big hoe-down
Down in Dixie where they say you-all.
"Swing your partners," Ma will holler
As she cuts a step or two
While my pappy takes a swaller
Of that good ol' mountain dew.
You can bet your bottom dollar
We'll be happy one an' all
Down in Dixie where they say you-all.

Oh, you ain't et nothin' yet
If you never yet have et
Down in Dixie where they say you-all.
Oh, the cooks know how to cook
And they don't need no cook book
Down in Dixie where they say you-all.
You can talk about your eatin'
But I'll tell you now, by gum,
When you smell that ham a-heatin'
In that town where I come from.
You'll just kill yourself a-eatin'
If your appetite ain't small
Down in Dixie where they say you-all.
