A quick Google brought up almost a million results so, yes, there is definitely more than one Steve Turner. I think you need to be a bit more specific, Dick.

Best of the three is the concertina player ~ he also buys and sells fiddles. he does play other instruments ~ the other two are quite different btw

I spent a year mixing up Steve Turner with Steve Turner.

Wondering why he had morphed his concertina into a piano accordion. And migrated from trad English song to French (& Breton) dance music (with various bands). And why he lost so much hair. But a lot can happen in 30 years.

Steve (concertina) Turner used to sing a song about stammering and it came as a surprise that he actually suffers (did?) from the affliction.

Excellent musicians both.

And Jo Fraser, sister of Fi Fraser, "changed her name to Jo Freya as a condition of joining the actors' union Equity, which does not allow two of its members to share the same name", according to Wikipedia.

I remember Jeremy Taylor telling me that he'd recently met another Jeremy Taylor who had to adopt the name Jeremy J Taylor when he Joined Equity as the name was already taken.

Hasn't Dave (Sunshine) Hunt called his last Ceilidh? And I would suspect Dr Sunshine is no longer prescribing.

It would be amiss not to give a link to the Steve Turner with whom most of us here, probably, are familiar.

As well as concertina, he is a very good mandolin player and also of other CBOM instruments.
