I just noticed that "The Case of the Headless Tuna" in Gloucester, MA, was resolved yesterday in my morning newspaper. The gentleman in question was Harold Wentworth rather than “Chummy” but whatever. He was fined $15,000 for catching the fish out of season and another $1000 for his other high crimes and misdemeanors.
