Subject: RE: BS: Merry Christmas! From: leeneia Date: 28 Dec 17 - 11:29 AM Christmas is past, so Happy Holidays. On Jan. 1, we are having a music session in the afternoon, with lots of songs about the Three Kings. It's the one day of the year that nobody has anything special to do. Non-musicians play board games in the dining room. The DH tells me there's lots of football on TV, but who cares about that? |
Subject: RE: BS: Merry Christmas! From: Bonzo3legs Date: 28 Dec 17 - 01:43 PM I'm not sure that you are correct leeneia, Christmas lasts until "3 Kings Day" on January 6, after which we take down our Christmas decorations!!! |
Subject: RE: BS: Merry Christmas! From: Jackaroodave Date: 28 Dec 17 - 03:09 PM Geeze, if Christmas lasts until the tree comes down, ours must have lasted until Ground Hog Day (Candlemass in Christian countries). |
Subject: RE: BS: Merry Christmas! From: Bonzo3legs Date: 30 Dec 17 - 04:32 AM It’s wonderful to have Christmas decorations inside and coloured lights outside for almost 6 weeks!!!!! |
