Computer bot technology was around 10 years ago. I used to satirically claim my autopost bot 2000 wrote half of my posts. Now bots are posting on Facebook daily. The fake news outbreak is at grassroots level but some aim higher. https://www.wired.com/story/internet-freedom-2017/

There are RT sites that are as devious as FOX on steroids.
I have seen in real time the Russian hack of C-span.

My newspaper had a article about a new kind of scam. Selling tickets online to imaginary events.

Somebody made $11,400 selling tickets to a crab (seafood) event which was supposedly being held in Kansas City. When the people who own the building where it was to occur got wind of it, they told the sites that no such event was scheduled, and the listing was removed. Too late for 299 victims, though.

I forget the names of the sites where the fake event was listed, but they were big names.

In these global misinformation wars the attempted destruction of the FBI by Representative Nunes with the permission of Paul Ryan is the conspiracy.

It is obvious that criminals would like to disband the police and replace with like minded criminals.

Nunes found the words secret and society with no context in a text between lovers at the FBI and claims he has an informer that knows that the FBI has meetings off site. DUH Off site meetings are part of every job, especially law enforcement. This conspiracy theory is like BenGazi uranium server pants on fire.

I know when I am being brain washed. I was in that field for 12 years.
For me it is mainly a choice what to believe. I choose to be brain washed to the constitution and rule of law by the people and for the people.

Trump is like a Corleone who grew up in a private family business, inherited the family business and has his kids working for him. All without ever having a board of directors overruling him.

As in the Apprentice, firing people is always a Trump final solution but in government he is getting a rude awakening that his life long trained reality doesn't exist in the White House.

Yes Hillary claimed a vast right wing conspiracy existed yet there is evidence it is true.
Republicans claim there is a Secret Society in the FBI called secret society but all they have for evidence is a text message between lovers with no context.

My brain is different than yours Iains. While we agree on global warming we will probably never agree on the sources and methods of misinformation.

Well Donuel we can certainly agree my brain is different to yours. You see the democrat party as a road to the promised land, I see them as the devil incarnate trying to engineer the takedown of the legitimate POTUS.

I suspect events are slowly morphing where a component of the truth is about to manifest its self.

There is plenty of anecdotal evidence from more than a few past Presidents suggesting hidden puppet masters manipulating events.
