Tune Req: Martin Carthy Georgie tuning/tabs

At various points in time I've tried to work out how to play Martin Carthy's version of Georgie, and have always struggled to work out the exact tuning he is using, and find something that works.

I'm pretty sure the tuning is CGC something, but I'm tearing my hair out going back and forth between different options.

Does anyone have any ideas?

In 2106 - Martin said (at Pinewoods Camp in the USA ) he tunes CGC DGA - at least that is what is written in my note book....

From the bit of research I've done Martin uses a bunch of different tunings depending on what he's playing, CGC DGA being one of them. See http://www.accentonmusic.com/alt_tunings.asp?qID=10

CGC DGA didn't feel right.. but I may just be missing something.
